the-truth-holds-a-key: Today I went to a presentation on bullying. This man came and talked to us about how his 11 year old son, Ty Smalley, took a gun and killed himself on his bedroom floor, because he was bullied for 2 years.  He also told us a story about how a 9 year old boy was bullied for a year and when he retaliated he got suspended and was waiting in the nurses office waiting for his parents to come. He asked to go to the bathroom. The school let him go into the only bathroom with a lock. He took off his belt and hung himself. Right there. In the nurses office at school. He was only 9. Those two young boys will remain the ages of 9 and 11 forever. Mr. Smalley taught us that we ARE somebody, and that we matter. this is the universal sign for love and support, and shows that you care. reblog this if you’re against bullying, and stop the hate.
